FAQ
Which driving checks are available in each country?
License status is available in Mexico (depending on the issuing state), Colombia, Peru, Chile and Ecuador; drunk-driving records in Peru and Colombia; and fines or driving history in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador.
What does the dangerous driving check cover?
It’s available in Peru. With the ID number, we check the person’s fine history with the MTC; if there are dangerous driving records, the report fails. You can leave out fines older than a set number of years.
How do you validate identity?
Depending on the country, we look up the document number in the sources we cover (in Mexico, the CURP with RENAPO) and return the data on record so you can compare it with the person’s details.
Can I check many new hires at once?
Yes. In the dashboard, upload the whole group in a CSV and choose a pipeline, a ready-made bundle of reports. Through the API, you create each person as you onboard them and, if you give us a webhook URL, we notify you when their reports are complete.
