FAQ
What do I need to run a check in Mexico?
The CURP. We use it to validate identity and search court records. Some reports need more: driver’s license checks need the license number and issuing state, and vehicle checks need the vehicle’s details.
What do state and federal court searches cover?
We search the person’s name in published court dockets from state courts and the Federal Judiciary Council. If there’s a match, the report goes to manual review. State coverage depends on the sources available in each state.
Can you validate driver’s licenses in Mexico?
Yes, for licenses issued by states with an available source and for federal licenses. The report confirms whether the license is active and, when the source publishes them, its issue and expiry dates.
What happens if a record isn’t found?
It depends on the report. If the RFC, license or vehicle isn’t found, the report is marked incomplete by default, and you can set it to count as passed or failed instead.
How do you get the results?
