What do I need to run a check in Argentina?

The DNI, date of birth and gender to validate the ID, plus first and last names to search bulletins, fugitive records and federal inmates.

Which bulletins do you search?

The national Official Gazette, the gazettes of the provinces we cover, such as Buenos Aires and Córdoba, and rulings from the Judicial Information Center. If there’s a match, the report goes to manual review.

What is CONARC?

Argentina’s national system for fugitive and arrest warrant records. With its records and the justice system’s fugitive lists, we check whether the person was declared in absentia, has an arrest warrant or is on a most-wanted list.

What happens if the DNI isn’t found?

By default, the report is marked incomplete, and you can set it to count as passed or failed instead. The same applies if the date of birth or gender doesn’t match the ID.
